What it does
Receipts and spends
Photos or a quick “£40 diesel at Shell”. It reads the VAT as printed, picks the category and the card, warns about duplicates, and attaches the photo in QuickBooks.
Customers and jobs
Add or update a customer, look up a phone number, or set up a job at a site address, just by asking.
Voice notes and your language
Talk instead of typing. Write in Polish, Romanian, Urdu or another language and it replies in yours, keeping names and amounts exact.
